DriveLock is an automated driver recognition system and immobiliser designed to prevent unauthorised vehicle movement and protect unattended vehicles.
Leaving vehicles unattended with the engine running—whether during deliveries, service calls, or to power ancillary equipment—presents a significant risk. Vehicles left idling with keys in the ignition are vulnerable to theft or misuse and may expose operators to legal risk under offences such as “quitting.”
DriveLock removes this risk by ensuring that only authorised drivers can operate the vehicle. The system automatically secures the vehicle when the driver exits, maintaining safety, security, and compliance—without disrupting day-to-day operations.
DriveLock operates automatically with no driver input required.
When the driver leaves their seat and exits the vehicle, the system immediately enters an armed state. If an unauthorised person attempts to move the vehicle, DriveLock instantly immobilises it.
When the authorised driver returns, they simply present their RFID wristband to the in-cab reader. The system verifies their identity and allows normal vehicle operation to resume.
