The system ensures vehicles are left in a safe condition. If a driver attempts to exit the cab without applying the handbrake, a speech alarm immediately activates when the door is opened, announcing:
“WARNING – HANDBRAKE NOT APPLIED.”

The alarm continues to sound until the handbrake is correctly applied, ensuring immediate corrective action.
